Do I need a doctor's order to get labs done?: Yes — labs require provider orders. If you don't already have orders, we may be able to assist with obtaining them at the time of booking.
How fast will I get my results?: Some lab services have results available within 24 hours. Turnaround depends on the specific test ordered and laboratory processing time.
Do you accept insurance?: Many of our wellness panels are offered as transparent self-pay. Insurance billing may be available for certain ordered tests — confirm at booking.
